The Regional Spatial Strategy, or North West Plan, is a regional plan that has to be taken into account when decisions are being made about planning applications. It provides a spatial framework for development in the region and for other regional strategies, and it promotes the sustainable development of the North West.

| MIM Activities: |
Mud Island Marketing was responsible for the delivery of a dedicated Partial Review website designed to provide key information on the development of the Regional Spatial Strategy process as well as provide consultation specifics to registered users through a secure web-space.
MIM was also responsible for the development of a secure online questionnaire to facilitate the e-consultation.
